The method of integration we use for Insightly is to periodically (daily) 'cache' the contact data which would then be available to identify the caller. This 'cached' contact data is used to identify callers therefore would not be 'live' data. The number of records held within the customer’s database may prevent this 'cached' option as there is a limit set by Insightly. Please let us know if the number of contact records exceeds 10,000.
