Only available on certain deployments of Adapt On Demand (UX).  Adapt representative must be consulted before integration can take place.  Requires the Adapt "executeBO" method, with the "IntegrationCTI_XML" business object being added to Adapt On Demand (UX).  For the integration to connect a user API needs to be created (with a user and password) and assigned to a profile, and the profile to be assigned a webservice / REST API. Make note of the Profile name prior to installation.

If the integration supports caching, please note that cached integrations support up to 30,000 contacts. The live mode method would need to be used for larger directories. Performance will then be determined by a number of additional factors including network speed and application API specification.
